We bring the studio to your stage. D’Shore Studio deploys skilled artisans and professional equipment to your event venue anywhere in Malaysia — and guests leave with something no off-the-shelf gift can replicate: a name, a message, a memory, made right in front of them.

Artisans arrive 2–3 hrs early. Full branded station set up.

How We Work
One seamless process —

Tell us your occasion, audience, budget, and brand story. Our gifting consultants propose the right product mix, customisation technique, and packaging approach — with honest recommendations, not a hard sell.
(Day 1 – 2)
Our design team produces detailed product mockups with your branding applied. You review and approve every detail — logo placement, engraving copy, packaging design — before anything is produced.
(Day 3-7)
Each item is produced under strict quality control. Engraving, embossing, printing, and embroidery are inspected piece by piece. Gifts are individually packed, wrapped, and staged by delivery batch.
(Day 7 – 24)
We deliver to your office, event venue, or directly to recipient addresses across all 13 states of Malaysia — and to Singapore and Brunei for regional clients. Tracking and delivery confirmation provided.
(Day 24 – 40)
Share your event date, venue, expected pax, and preferred technique. We assess your venue requirements, advise on the right customisation method, and propose a product selection that suits your audience and budget.
(4-6 Weeks Before Event)
We coordinate station design, branding, product sourcing, and logistics. Artwork and font choices are finalised. A pre-event site visit may be arranged for large-scale deployments. Equipment is tested and packed.
(2-3 Weeks Before Event)
Our artisan team arrives 2–3 hours before your event starts. Full station setup, branding installation, and equipment warm-up. We coordinate with your event organiser to ensure a smooth, seamless integration into your programme.
(Day of Event)
Guests experience live personalisation — and we manage the queue, quality, and pace. Every item is checked before it leaves our station. After the event, we pack down completely, leaving your venue exactly as we found it.
