Most corporate gift products start from a minimum of 20 pieces. For live customisation events, we cater for events of 50 to 1,000+ attendees. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your specific quantity and product requirements.
Corporate gift curation is a production-based service: D’Shore Studio selects, customises, packages, and delivers gifts in advance — perfect for festive campaigns, staff rewards, and client appreciation programmes. Live customisation is an event-based service: our artisans attend your corporate event in Malaysia and personalise gifts on the spot in real time. Both services can be combined, and many clients use both.
Absolutely — and many of our most successful projects do exactly this. A common approach: guests find a pre-packed branded gift at their table (corporate curation), then visit the live engraving or hot stamping station during the event to add their name or initials (live customisation). This creates two distinct brand moments in one evening and maximises the impact of your gifting investment.
We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks before your event date. For peak seasons — Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and the year-end period (October to January) — we advise 8 to 12 weeks advance booking, as event slots across Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley fill up very quickly during these periods.
It depends on your product, audience, and desired experience. Laser engraving is the most versatile — works on metal, leather, and wood, and is our most-booked technique. Our team will recommend the right technique for your event brief.
Yes. D’Shore Studio deploys live customisation event teams across all states in Malaysia — including Penang, Johor Bahru, Melaka and beyond. Travel and logistics costs may apply for events outside Klang Valley — contact us for a location-specific quote.
